Great location and accommodation, From TripAdvisor Review
Oh, how beautiful. Located in a well-kept, harmoniously designed and with spacious bungalows, which are perfectly equipped especially in the sanitary area, you could almost call the hotel luxurious. It is quiet, clean, the beds are great and the staff are very helpful and friendly. In the bungalows, of course, there is air conditioning, refrigerator and even a freestanding bathtub with all-round views. Also the food offered is affordable and the choice is okay. You can also go to the orangutan rehab centre, just 7 minutes away, to the caffeteria to increase the choice. The only small downer is that to be connected to the hotel's WiFi you have to go to the hotel lobby, but otherwise just great. —andranas

Highly recommended, From TripAdvisor Review
Great place, great food and great staff. Walking distance to several attractions where you can view orangutangs, sun bears and several other animals. The resort can also arrange transport if you do not want to walk or want to go to attractions further away. There are also good chances of seeing orangutangs in the threes inside the resort area. —BGK190479, Oslo, Norway

Great location, good food, nice lodge, From TripAdvisor Review
Room was comfortable and nice. Meals are not included but are fairly reasonably priced. Dining area overlooks a lake and we saw several birds while we were dining (we are amatuer birders). Restaurant is not open all day but is open during breakfast/lunch/dinner times with different menu depending on meal time. We thought food was good and they have a decent amount of options and variety. Fresh juices and teas were very nice. They also have a pretty long cocktail list. Location was very good. Short walk to the Orangutan and Sun Bear centers. Walk to the Rain Forest discovery center was a bit further, about 1 mile and was on the side of the road for about the first half but it was not a bad walk and we felt safe. They were also able to arrange transfer in from the airport for us. Transfer and check in process were smooth. Overall would recommend if not just for the location. —Julia M, Lake Geneva, Wisconsin
